Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a nice stay. Train noise was a bit disruptive at times. Close to historical sites and a golf course. Breakfast had decent options but could be better.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The noise from the trains kept us awake both nights. Great restaurant on-site with unique Colombian cuisine. Located next to trolley shuttle for easy access to downtown.

This hotel is only a short drive away from all the charming attractions in historic St Augustine, making it super easy to explore spots like St George Street, a delightful walk just over a kilometer away, and the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, which is about a mile from the hotel; having great restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner, like City Bistro Tea House, really made our stay enjoyable as we savored local flavors before heading out for our adventures. The room was clean and had nice features like a microwave and minifridge but the noise from the busy street and train tracks nearby can be a bit much for light sleepers.

The hotel was just a short walk from all the major attractions, including Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Castillo de San Marcos, allowing us to explore the charming old town at our own pace, while the staff was super nice and made us feel at home; we even enjoyed the pool and the fun retro vibe of the property, though we did notice the jacuzzi could use a bit of cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring updated decor. The bed, however, had pillows that felt more like throw pillows than supportive bedding, impacting sleep quality. Temperature control was adequate, but the AC unit was quite loud. We faced some noise from freight trains nearby, which disrupted our rest. While the staff accommodated requests well, there were instances of miscommunication regarding the breakfast service. we found two small roaches, though we understand this can happen in Florida. The grounds were clean, and parking was plentiful, contributing to a generally comfortable stay.

The vibe here is a delightful throwback, with retro decor that swept me off my feet! The staff, especially Joel, were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. We loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring!

Negar at the front desk was a gem—so friendly and accommodating! She swiftly arranged a room with a river view, transforming our experience. The breakfast was a delightful surprise; fresh eggs and awesome empanadas made for a great start. the room had its downsides—filthy floors and musty smells. Soundproofing could use improvement; the traffic noise was distracting. Plus, the plastic cutlery and small toiletries felt cheap. Despite these hiccups, the location was ideal, and the staff's warmth made it memorable—worth it for the friendly vibe and beautiful sunset view.

Exceptional staff made a world of difference. They searched tirelessly for our lost keys, even allowing us to store our car while we handled other logistics. Check-in was swift and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a short walk to downtown. the lack of an elevator may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. expect some outdated features, such as the TVs. The mattress in the pull-out sofa wasn’t practical for anyone but a child. Still, the restaurant exceeded expectations; the fried fish was impressive. Friendly faces and a great location overshadow minor setbacks. A solid choice for families and individuals alike.

We hit up the top-notch image gallery & learned mad stuff about the city's history. Chillin' at the pool was on point, and the room had all the vibes with dual shower heads & an ice maker.
Just wish they had a sick rooftop hangout for cool teens like us to vibe and party under the stars! .

We loved the unique view of the railroad tracks from our room, which added a charming and special touch to our romantic anniversary celebration. the staff went above and beyond to assist us when one of us misplaced our keys, showing great friendliness and dedication. The convenient location near the trolley and downtown area made exploring the city hassle-free.
Our room showed signs of wear and tear, including crooked curtains, rusty fixtures, and drainage issues in the shower. The proximity to the train tracks resulted in noise disturbances, detracting from the overall tranquil atmosphere.

we had a very comfortable stay at ponce. the hotel is clean, updated, and the beds were very comfy. we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, especially joel at the front desk. overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay.

The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. we did encounter some challenges. The beds were quite uncomfortable and led to disrupted sleep, which was disappointing. the hot tub had a strange odor, although we appreciated the opportunity to relax in it despite the smell. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our interactions pleasant. The location of the property was convenient, with easy access to downtown and a lovely view of the water from the back of the hotel. In terms of cleanliness, there were some issues with the room such as a clogged sink and a dirty refrigerator, which detracted from the overall experience.

Choosing to visit the Cathedral Basilica of St Augustine drove my decision to stay at Ponce, but I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff ensuring a clean environment. The location, less than a mile from historic attractions, and the on-site restaurant for delicious meals exceeded my expectations.

love how close ponce is to everything! tons of restaurants nearby - plus a trolley stop for easy exploring. the staff were super friendly and moved me to a bottom floor when i needed it. also, the bed was comfy and the place was clean.

Beautiful views and a convenient location. Our room was reasonably sized with a good restaurant on-site. The breakfast had a nice selection of items and the staff was friendly. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Our stay at a charming hotel in downtown St Augustine was a fountain of youth for our anniversary celebration. From the moment we checked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and ensured our check-in was quick and easy. The clean and comfortable room provided a relaxing escape after a day of exploring. We were delighted to find amenities like a pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding. The highlight was the beautiful deck overlooking the river, where we enjoyed a peaceful evening. We will definitely return when in the area!
The only aspect that could have been better was the quality of the coffee maker in the room. It was flimsy and seemed like it wouldn't hold up to any water coming through.
